365 Days No Hassle Returns

If you’ve ordered something from us but have changed your mind, simply return the item within 365 days and receive a full refund for the cost of your goods.

If a return falls outside of these 365 days, we may still be able to accept it, with a restocking charge of 25%. Please contact us for details.

We are also unable to offer a refund for any bespoke/made to order products. When an item is bespoke or made to order it will clearly state this in the product description on our website.

Please arrange returns with us prior to sending anything back, in order to expedite your return.

Please consider using a tracked or ‘signed for’ service, just in case your item gets lost or is delayed.

 

30 Days Faulty Item Returns

If one of our items on your order is faulty, please let us know within 30 days so that we can arrange a collection and replacement.

Some manufacturers offer extended warranties on items that must be registered. These warranties are arranged with the manufacturer themselves so we are not able to assist in them. In this case please contact the manufacturer directly.

When returning faulty items, we will supply a freepost address.

If an item is found not to be faulty then there will be a small restocking fee/we can send the item back out to you.

 

Refunds

Refunds are typically issued within 1 working day of your return being processed back into our warehouse. Where items are returned to the manufacturer (in case of fault or bespoke orders), they can sometimes take a bit longer. You will be advised of this when arranging your return.
